Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, product weight, and the supplier’s shipping method.
All shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Multiple Shipments
Because we work with several suppliers, items in your order may arrive in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update, depending on the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Sorvo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at sorvo.store@outlook.com.
We will try to correct the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue with the supplier or carrier.
